Warm-up
The first ten minutes are conversation: your week, your holiday, what's been on your mind. Daily exchanges are how real speaking grows.

Good to know
I'm a complete beginner, or very rusty. Is that okay ?
All levels are welcome : everybody starts, or restarts, somewhere. The first lesson is partly in English if you need it, and we move into French at your pace, never faster than feels right.
What if I can only manage one lesson a week?
That's fine if you're learning for the pleasure of it, though it will ask a little more work on your side between lessons. But if you have a specific, time-sensitive goal, you'll want to consider two or three lessons a week.
Do you teach only in French ?
It depends on your level. With beginners, we use English as a bridge and add more French as you grow. With intermediate and advanced students we stay in French throughout. The goal is always to understand and be understood.
What if I need to pause ?
Packages are valid for 6 months, so a break of a week or two is no problem. Reschedule any single lesson up to 24 hours before. Life happens, your progress can wait for it.
What about the different time zone ?
I'm based in Asia (GMT+8) and teach in the afternoons and evenings my time. That works well for European mornings & middays, and for Australian schedules. If you're in another part of the world, drop me a message and we'll see if our hours can meet.
What's your refund policy ?
Changed your mind? If you haven't started yet, packages are fully refundable within seven days of purchase. And if life takes an unexpected turn (a move, health issue, a new job) you're refunded for the lessons you haven't used. Full details here.
