Refund Policy
Here's how refunds work : offer by offer. If life takes an unexpected turn, write to me and we'll find a solution together.
1:1 Lessons
If you haven't used any lessons, package is fully refundable within 14 days, no questions asked.
In case of a move, health issues, job change or another serious event (case by case will be done), you're refunded for the lessons you haven't used, calculated at the single-lesson rate even if you bought a package.
Exemple if 4 of 10 lessons were used from the 420€ package. Refund = €420 - (4*€50) = €220.
Total paid - (lessons used x 50€) = refund.
6 months after purchase, packages expire. Lessons (from this package) unused at that point are forfeited unless scheduled.
WhatsApp Group
The first two weeks are free as a trial. Cancel anytime before the trial ends and you owe nothing.
After the trial, you're charged 10,99€ a month. You can cancel any time either directly from your paypal account or by sending me an email. If by email, plan 2 business days to be effective, so don't wait until right before the renewal. After cancelation is requested, you won't be charge the following month & you will keep access to the group until the end the current period.
Podcast transcripts
The file with the transcripts & exercises is non refundable once payment has been made. If the file has an issue, please reach out so we correct & send you an updated version.
How to request a refund
Write to me at contact@frenchpursuit.com. Reply will be within 3 business days and once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days.
