QUESTIONS
How do I join the groups ?
After subscribing for the trial you will receive an email with links to the community on whatsapp. You will find different groups for each level : you can join both & stay on the one you like most.
How does the trial work ?
Just like any similar trial : you are not charged until it’s over. So enjoy the groups for 14 days, see if you like it. If not, let me know, I’ll cancel it and you won’t be charge. If you do nothing, you will be charged after 14 days & the subscription will start.
How do I cancel my subscription ?
Contact me directly and I will cancel it. You will keep access to the group for the ongoing month you paid for. Take into consideration this is a manual process, so do not wait until the last minute before your subscription renews, if it is the middle of the night for me, I will not be able to cancel it in time. Best is to give me 1-2 business days to take care of it.
What about confidentiality ?
We are using whatsapp, this means your phone number will be visible. If that is an issue, consider creating a secondary one to access the group. Through the settings on whatsapp & confidentiality, you can set who can see your photo, name & other infos. But for now, the number used to enter the group will be visible by all the other group members. I am the only one to have access to your email & full name as indicated during payment. I will not use them for any other purpose than this subscription or sell the information.
Do I have to participate in the conversations ?
No ! But it is encouraged of course, the more the merrier! Otherwise you can be more of a spectator and still enjoy everything that is sent.
